Between equipment, airfare, and whatnot, I spent about $7k on a trip to climb Kilimanjaro and a one week safari.

Well worth it.

7K on 10 days at Disney World during Thanksgiving. Hated it beforehand and bitched about it incessantly. Then I saw my kids’ faces the entire trip. Been back 3 more times, albeit for much less at different times of the year.

Our vacations are free, which is awesome. Although taxed. The trip to Maui was taxed at about $10K. This year is a cruise around the islands of Greece. We will tack on a week to explore Europe. Enjoy Spain!

Good Lord man. I can think of a million things I'd rather spend 25k on. I've been to Disney once and can die a happy man never seeing that place again.

Animal Kingdom Lodge is where it’s at.

Not me. Part of my retirement plan is winter months in Lake Buena Vista. Hell, I may even consider being a part time “cast member” I love the place so much.

Did 4 days in Rome, then 9 day cruise Italy and Greece. Then a week in London. Family of four. I guess 25-30k all in.
