For whatever reason, I got Shreveport mayor John Hussey's autograph as a kid at a Captains game. And he spelled my name wrong lol. I did recently get Robert Parish's autograph at the grocery store for my sons.

Got to sit in the owners seats at a Braves game back in 2009

We got to the game early and a few players were milling about and doing autographs for fans. Brian McCann, Chipper, and other names were fanned out doing autographs for everybody along the dugout.

Only player who walked by my area was fricking Omar Infante, and he just took my ball and signed it.

A rapper from Baton Rouge who had a local hit in the 90s. He came to our school and they told the students that they could go get his autograph. No one was going so me and some other people were laughing and decided to go get him to sign a paper towel we got out the bathroom.

I remember the song, but can't remember his name. It was something like "I gotta lota, gotta lota, gotta lota respect".. I found it about 10 years later in a book and threw it away.

I've never really been an autograph collector, so all I have is some signed cards and a pic from Drew Bledsoe I got as a kid when he did a fan-signing here in Ellensburg (he was from here, at least as a kid) after getting drafted and I also have some children's book signed by the author I got in the first grade because his mom was a teacher at my elementary school or something.

I was at a minor league baseball game wearing LSU stuff and JC Holt was playing. Yelled geaux tigers to him and got a geaux tigers back.

Then later he broke his bat, signed it, and gave me the barrel.

It’s still in my parents house somewhere

Arn Anderson, the wrestler, signed a Street and Smith football magazine circa 2000-01. It was what I had on me and he looked disgusted signing it. No idea where it is in my house.

Also, autograph at SEC basketball tourney from Ben Vgood. I got Ross Neltner to start it so he would pass to Big Baby and Daryl Mitchell. Mitch kept passing and I ended up with Vgood.

My most useless would have been my greatest. Pistol Pete never signed autographs after Jazz games. One night he came out of the front of the locker room instead of slipping out of the back. I got his autograph on the game program cover with his photo on it. My greatest feat ever as a kid. Now about 45 years later the ink from the black felt pen I gave him has faded into the dark background of the photo. You can’t even tell there was ever a signature there. Even now I want to go back in time and slap dumb 12 year old me.
