Here's my ranking.

95 (canada, boston, NYC, all the way down the east coast to miami)
80 (NYC metro, Chicago, to SF)
10 we rely on this thing big time in the South and it goes coast to coast.
i-5 (along the west coast)
40 great interstate to use for east-west travel.
66 (For charm/historical reasons, much of it is no longer there or has been repurposed, as it has been replaced by other sections of interstate. Goes from Chicago to Santa Monica)
i-405 is the heaviest traveled.

US 212, the Beartooth Highway. Should be on every driver's bucket list.
