I don't believe that IQ breakdown. There is no way countries are more than 2 standard deviations away. That is insane. To put it in other terms, if you've seen Making a Murderer, the nephew has around a 70.

In all seriousness, I bet first world countries have less unmeasured crime do their index is more accurate, while the indexes in other countries is inaccurate on the lesser side.

104 to 97 is the sort of distribution you'd see, and that is even extreme
