It really depends.

Sometimes those fat, sloppy guys are the ones who are consumed with their profession to the point that their appearance isn't even thought about.

But then you get the fattys who take pride in how they shirk out of doing "work"

You can also get an incredibly driven muscular guy who seems to have been given all of the advantages one needs in life. Intelligence, drive, and appearance. I know more than a few guys who are swole that are absolutely the best employees within their respective departments.

You also get swole guys who BS their way through life and get pissed at/threatens anyone who challenges their right to be a shithead at work.
