shite like this is one basic requirement of democrats...

Who's lying?

lie on their taxes

At least the assumed people you're speaking of pay taxes. Which leads to complaining about the government....Yeah, why the frick not? Government takes a big chunk of your check, then gives it to someone sitting on their arse doing nothing, but claiming others are lying on their taxes...

I love hearing you tards bitch about "faux outrage" when people react to what is clearly intended to be a provocative political demonstration. It is ADMITTEDLY and OPENLY intended to be a provocative political demonstration.

Is it going to make a change or make folks stiffen up? Is it re-enforcing what some folks believe/know?

Is it doing good things?

You'd be amazed and very disappointed at how little most white people care about anyone's race.

Could be worse. Here in Nebraska we now have the Huff Post calling us racist and saying we want to lynch black players.

Yea total LOLZ. A demonstration to oppose the belief in alienation of one race in a forum in which you alienate most of the country. Sounds efficient!

These kids are proving what many have been saying from the beginning. Like CK, all that they..their parents...are doing is calling attention to themselves. No one is paying any attention to CK's supposed message. For all the attention the black gloves incident at the Olympics got years & years ago go, nothing changed in racial relations; this protest won't change a thing either, big picture. For now & down the road, it will remain about who is doing what, where. There are no real inter racial discussions taking place: you have the liberals lecturing the rest of the country & you have the 2 sides yelling "Frick him/you" at each other.

He sucks and doesn't play. I wasn't told about it until the next day. My goal for the rest of the year is to make him quit. I put him up against all the head busters.

Somehow everyone is missing the fact that kneeling is and always has been a sign of respect and subservience to a higher authority

It's not the action, it's the reason for the action.

Those players aren't kneeling out of respect or subservience.

Rebels without a clue.

Because they refuse to because they're in such a fit of hypocritical rage over a peaceful demonstration. It's pathetic

I was at Middle School Football game yesterday. 2 young 13-15 year old girls were sitting when the national anthem started playing. A black lady slapped one on her shoulder and told them to both stand up, they did. I was impressed.

The black couple sitting in front of us at the MS ST game stood and sang.

Well, I'm from Nebraska and Iowa area, first 24 years of my life. All I have to say about that is that its the Huff Post, who cares what they say.

On a side note, go Huskers, even though they haven't had a team since Osborne retired. Also, go LSU, even though they haven't really had much of a team for a while either, but maybe it will get better since Miles was fired.
