It's a great solution to the hey-Ron epidemic. It's cheaper than prescription Rx. It is not physiological addictive, just psychologically.

My opinion is that today's laws aren't based on the use/danger from it.
It's based on the testing.
If there was a way to test if a person involved in a workplace accident was "intoxicated (ie high) at the time of the accident then recreational use outside of the workplace would be ok.
But since the only tests available cover the past +/- 30 days, there is no way to tell if the testee was actually high at the time of the incident.
Thus you have the fricked up system in place today.
This is of course not even talking about the federal government's benefits of maintaining the current laws (and therefore punishments) and their monetary impacts.

I pay $50 for an 1/8.
I'd love to have access to the Edibles.

20-25 years ago that was the street price around here.

That sucks, dude. I probably average $25-30 but they usually have a little bit older bud available for $15-20 an eighth. I remember all the posters that said legalization would drive up price.

Are pre employment and random urine drug tests used to detect any amount of weed in your body or a certain amount?
Is there a cutoff line I suppose what I'm asking.
Also how many times do you have to smoke to build up a measurable amount?
I mean two hits off a bong?
A joint ?
A blunt?
A couple hits out a dugout?
I've smoked very randomly past 20 years.
Once a month, skip 6 months , smoke every weekend for month. Skip 2 months etc etc
Pretty much like every other person I know. Casual random pot smokers.
I just don't know much about how it stays in body. Always heard it's stays longer than any other drug.

Not sure why anyone thought that. Only reason we pay what we do now is taxes. WA is 30% and OR is 25.
I keep waiting for them to come down more.

It was a terrible argument but a pretty common one around 2012-13.
