Make her dig the grave site, cover the grave and keep it in order for the rest of her life. If not this, give her a bullet.

Democrats will applaud her actions

She couldn't have just dropped it off at a police station or something and ran off? Piece of shite
Absolutely right.
That baby would've made a childless couple very happy.

Just put a bullet in her head.

I sincerely hope she dies a slow miserable death. I’m hoping that whatever prison she gets to they will rape and rip her apart.

Murder is one thing, but I will NEVER understand how a human being can willingly kill a baby. WTF is wrong with people?

Is this a post-parteum depression thing?
Because it sounds like she’s just a huge piece of shite.

I know you're trolling, but many take your statement as a matter of fact.
Unfortunately the reality is that just as a biological male is in fact a male, just as the sun is the sun, and the moon is the moon, a child outside of his mothers body is in fact NOT her body.
Hence, the murder charge.
(Forgive me for assuming its gender.)
But hey! It's cool AF to kill "it" as long as "it's" in her body; even as "it's" coming down the chute, "it's" only just a part of a womans body: just like a bad zit, a tumor, a finger, a homemade dick, etc.
"'It' puts 'its' lotion into the basket." said the serial killer.

I'd imagine that since she murdered a newborn in Texas and now faces CM charges that she won't be there long enough to get torn apart?
I surmise that in female prisons housing such filth that the act wouldn't be looked upon so egregiously as in a male prison? That is only mere speculation though. That said, it seems like the criminal-feminist mindset would be rampant in those places.

Lopez could have gone to any Catholic Church and left that baby with someone there. I’m sure there are plenty of churches in and around Dallas, Texas. Why isn’t this woman on contraception damnit? I want contraception to be free and readily available for any female in this overpopulated cesspool we call america. Pills, diaphragms, sponges, these new injection chips, condoms, spermicide,......,etc.

what kind of animal does this?
Had it happened months earlier just prior to going into labor, some in the northeast would have simply called it a mother’s right to have control over her own body. Now it’s murder.

Can’t drop at a church...but can at hospital, police, fire or EMS.
quote:
Safe Haven or Baby Moses Law
If you have a newborn that you’re unable to care for, you can bring your baby to a designated safe place with no questions asked. The Safe Haven law, also known as the Baby Moses law, gives parents who are unable to care for their child a safe and legal choice to leave their infant with an employee at a designated safe place—a hospital, freestanding emergency medical care facility, fire station, or emergency medical services (EMS) station. Your identity will remain confidential and your baby will receive medical care and be placed with an emergency provider. Information for Parents If you’re thinking about bringing your baby to a designated Safe Haven, please read the information below: Your baby must be 60 days old or younger and unharmed and safe. You may take your baby to any hospital, freestanding emergency medical care facility, fire station, or emergency medical services (EMS) station in Texas. You need to give your baby to an employee who works at one of these safe places and tell this person that you want to leave your baby at a Safe Haven. You may be asked by an employee for family or medical history to make sure that your baby receives the care they need. If you leave your baby at a fire or EMS station, your baby may be taken to a hospital to receive any medical attention they need. Remember, if you leave your unharmed infant at a Safe Haven, you will not be prosecuted for abandonment or neglect.
For more information, please go to Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS)

other than the sickness of putting the child in a pot, not much difference between this and the states that allow a delivered live baby to be killed
Which states are those? None is the answer.
