Went to cook some burgers tonight and all inside my gas grill white and green mold was growing. I just turned the burners on high. Is it good to go or do I need to clean with some kind of mold killer?

Literally kill it with fire and you'll be fine.

Thankfully, this should be quite easy.

Happens all the time in my egg after I put BBQ sauce on something and don't clean it really well or let it cook off afterward. I just crank up the heat to 400+ for awhile and I never worry about it.

you think exposing your food to whatever you'd treat it with would be better?

My egg gets that often.
Nothing 500 degrees won't cure.

Just incinerate everything.

Super heated bleach is a bad idea. Pretty sure it's a chemical weapon.
