Why is Bossier Parish bringing LA down in your opinion?? It’s one of the fastest growing parishes, good schools & home to one of the biggest Air Force bases in the world. But you know...I’d beg Texas or Arkansas to annex NW LA in a heart beat.
*South LA folks always attempt to trash North LA for some reason, but it’s the south LA BS & politics that ALWAYS bring our State down & responsible for many decades of decline, outmigration,etc.
