To say any one thing would stop coastal loss shows ignorance of the myriad of issues that cause LA to lose land. Keeping loss from progressing further would take monumental interventions throughout the Mississippi watershed. To reverse loss is, imo, an impossibility given the inability of America to make the hard decisions necessary.
