That might be true if he actually helped them. However, blacks and other minorities had higher rates of unemployment at the end of the Obama presidency than at the beginning.

To be fair, the rule about ending a sentence with a preposition is not based on logic and doesn't make English more efficient. It's a rule created long ago by people trying to equate the rules of Latin grammar with English. The rule had a purpose in Latin but serves no purpose in English.
