They can only go by what she was last seen wearing. You want them to say "she might have a dress on or maybe a tshirt.. could be any color.. with shorts that could either be khaki, green or blue. There is no telling what else she could be wearing"

Hi everyone, this is Whitney’s mom, Gini. I spoke to the Lafayette Police Detective this morning.
Whitney’s car was last seen on June 1st at 11:33 PM getting onto I-10, heading eastbound toward Baton Rouge. Her license plate has not been detected at any other location.
He also said the Louisiana State Police have reached out to Lafayette PD to offer assistance. They have issued a bulletin to all the state police in Louisiana and surrounding states.
Please continue to keep an eye out for Whitney and her car. Whitney has a very distinctive tattoo of a lilly and the name “Lily Beth” on the inside of her left forearm. Also, her white 2017 QX80 Infinity (727 ENN) has a pink lei and small angel hanging from the rear view mirror.

No links, but she's related a to a guy I work with and apparently she was found in Alexandria climbing a fence and taken to the hospital. She gave a fake name when she got there.

We won’t. It happens every time. They put all of this info and pictures, and do interviews, and beg for assistance, but as soon as they are found it changes to: “Please respect our privacy.”

it's not like the family owes us an explanation of just how fricked up this poor girl is, just to appease our curiosity. They needed help to find her. She's got issues. She's got kids. And she will be infamous within her community because of those issues for the rest of her life. Just glad those kids don't have to bury a Mother.
