The reason the drinking age is 21 is because the brain is done growing at 21. If you drink before your brain stops growing you'll stunt its growth.

I can tell you this..I got one in 2002 and it does not come off your record unless you file for expungement which also costs money. I would just do the pretrial.

He said I was lucky because he could get me on contributing to a minor because I held my friends flask for him while he adjusted his pants before trying to put it in his waistband.

The frick none of you have a fake ID? shite I was drinking all over that campus at 15 and when I got checked they thought I was this Polish exchange student. Of course the law was 18 then.

Sucks dude. I got one in college as well, but I ended up handcuffed in the back of a cruiser b/c the cop said I was being belligerent
Ending up fighting it b/c for my future profession at the time, I couldn't have that charge on my record. After several resets, we finally had the court date and the BRPD copper didn't show so they dropped the case. I'd check with an attorney personally.
