R/SAS are both far better than Mini/SPSS

MiniTab is good. STATA is better. EViews is best.

Are you serious? All of our Reliability and QA guys have been using Minitab for at least 10 years. Your company must suck

I’m an MBA student. I went through all my quant classes hand jamming and now one of my business profs showed me this glorious bastard! Sales forecasting using regression is a breeze now.

LSU Econ students don’t know how good they got it with EViews. I hated it when I was a student too, but I didn’t know what else was out there to compare it to. Everywhere else I’ve taught since maxes out at STATA and EViews simply kicks its arse. It’s far and away the simplest econometrics platform to use. Hands down.

Didn’t realize minitab was still a thing. I only ever see jmp, old school sas, spss, and of course R.

Used it when I got my black belt...I have not used MiniTab in 15 years...but it was awesome back in the day.
