It's annoying when I don't have cash, which is rare. Otherwise who cares, this only happens once a year maybe.

Call Visa or Mastercard, their by laws prohibit such and you can get them to lose their merchant status on that particular card......that'll show em

Dodd-Frank allows merchants to impose a minimum transaction of up to $10 on credit transactions, but not debit transactions.

Don't take my word for it, though. Take Visa's.

Visa, it's everywhere you want to be as long as where you want to be costs at least ten bucks.
