I didn't base my original comment on this study. I've read multiple studies that came to this conclusion. I just grabbed the first one I saw to rebut the idea coming from a "social media chain scam". I won't hear from that guy again.

I agree with most everything except this. You cant make a blanket statement about whiteners - one hour a week depends on the prouduct.
Buy the whitener from your dentist. Period. The stuff the dentist sells is no bullshite...for example, the stuff I get is only "leave in mouth for 5 min"
And ALL whiteners can damage to your enamel and most likely will over a long period of time.
