Why plant a tree when I’ve worked hard enough to hire a landscaping company to do it for me?

Unnecessary unless you're poor or just like to do it.

I'm sorry but if you have to teach someone how to use a shovel, they're gonna have a lot of trouble getting through life.. just sayin

But it wasn’t for lack of desire or initiative. No one had ever taught them how to use a shovel!!

So what you're saying is that millennials/gen z aren't the worst..

Exactly!

I guess I failed at sarcasm today.

I was trying to speak up for today's youth. But I guess I suck.

My kid is 17 and about to reach his Eagle Scout status. Boy Scouts is the only thing he has ever stuck with and it has taught him a variety of skills to use in everyday life. I recommend parents to get their kids involved in scouts.

I think he’d prefer you pray for instead of to his bootyhole.

We're working on the important things. 12yo elite track & soccer kid. I'm trying to guide him towards using his strong leg to kick footballs instead of this soccer shite. That and being outdoor slave labor on the homestead keeps him grounded and not a pussified Gen mid 00s.

Man you frickers are dense.
says the guy that started a thread about millennials and doesn't even know what a millennial is.

The "Millennials" part was to emphasize that "younger generations" aren't taught shite anymore.

Again, a millennial isn't synonymous with any younger generation. Also, just because some retards cannot use a shovel, it doesn't have anything to do with in which year they were born.

quote:

And my whole point, which a lot of y'all missed, is that younger generations just need to be taught how to do stuff.

Kinda like every single generation that ever existed? Did you come out of the womb with the knowledge of how to dig a ditch?

Bunch of sensitive bitches in here with kneejerk reactions.

I think you're the one being sensitive. You created this thread and made an arse of yourself. Suck it up buttercup.

quote:

I was actually taking up for you dumbasses.

You probably shouldn't call people dumbass when you create a thread and don't even know the meaning of the words in the topic

You can thank millennials for teaching you about emojis

My kids grab my shovels without asking and dig up my property looking for rocks or worms or who knows what. They take my machete and hack up any saplings that look at them wrong. Little bastards.
