As someone who owns a place in Miami this easily solved. Ocean drive is utter trash it's between 5th and 15th street. 1st-5th is called south of fifth and super expensive i.e. $1000-3000/sq ft and 16-36th is mid beach it's around $1000/ft. The real estate ocean drive is on is so super valuable but it's all trashy restaurants with overpriced mediocre food and lots and lots of culcha. No locals even go to ocean drive and it's the most prime real estate but hotels only charge $150-200 a night while nice hotels like faena or the w charge $1000/night now. It's simple let developers redevelop ocean drive they would love to and the locals would love it but the historical society wants those old Art Deco buildings and no matter now remodeled they are nobody is paying to stay there with the trashy people everywhere. The most prime real estate in all of Miami Beach is hood as frick and it's such a damn shame

Please, all trash know where Florida is. Ted Bundy was caught there who had never stepped foot in Florida before he was caught. They are driven there by instinct and will go to the holy trash site at least once for a pilgrimage. It's like salmon going home to spawn. You don't know how they know to get there, they just know.
