A man who is bigger than you and has already physically assaulted you, knows you have a weapon, sees you pointing that weapon at him, and comes back for more. What are you going to do?

And in what world do u as reasonably intelligent human being so u charge at a person with a weapon? Like I said doesn't make sense to me. But hey to each his own

I agree that cops can use excessive force (most everyone on this board, including me, agrees with that) but to suggest that this officer essentially executed some innocent kid who did nothing more than put his hands up to surrender is a bit misleading.

Let me ask you this question would you believe Wilsons story if he was black and not white? Also would this be an issue if he were black and not white?

Hospital reports showing excessive bodily harm to the officer. A proper police report detailing the incident. The police department acting like it actually gave two shits about the person they just killed and not like its hiding Osama Bin Laden. Stories that actually match up.

I think the reasonably intelligent part can certainly be questioned. He had just robbed a convenience store. Even if he was reasonably intelligent, that alone shows he was prone to using poor judgment.

And to suggest Mike Brown was some superhuman negro that could cover 35 ft in seconds while being shot and some thug who deserved what he got isn't misleading at all right?

They had every right to hide the man after it happened. The community acted like JFK had been shot and was on a fricking witch hunt. The dude was receiving death threats for christ sakes. Im sure they put him in protective custody which is what they should do to protect him and his family until they could investigate the case and present in front of a grand jury to see if charges needed to be filed which they are currently doing. Ask some of the people in the black community of Ferguson that are the eye witnesses to match their stories up then because they are all differentt and none that support his autopsy.

You are assuming Brown was reasonably intelligent. He was high, had already attacked the officer and was already shot at least once.
I don't know what happened but it is reasonable to think that Brown wasn't acting reasonably intelligent.

Actually most humans white and negros a like need not be superhuman to cover 35 feet in about 2 seconds.

no still wouldn't believe it. Cuz it just doesn't sound believable to me at all. It would still be issue BC I doubt they would be hiding a black officer like they have done with Mr. Wilson
