Do kids just get to be on their phones in school now?

If any of my teachers saw my Nokia brick out in class, they'd have taken that shite for an entire week.

Hell in my law studies class we look up guns, learn about gun rights and I pretty much teach hunter safety and a conceal carry lass to my students.

Just because someone wants a new gun dosnt mean they are a mass shooter for fricks sake!

I encourage all of my students to get their CCP when they get of age.

Didn’t know it was a problem to look up guns?

That would be commonplace where I went to school.

Depends on the school and teacher. My daughter is in middle school and they are not allowed to have their phones during the day. She has to put it in her locker.

My son is in high school and they can have their phones during the day, but some teachers forbid their use during class and some don't care.

I can't imagine being a teacher and allowing my students to have their phones out in class.

But then again, trying to enforce that might be an exercise in futility in this day and age.

The parents would have an uprising. How dare you take little Billys phone from him. I need to make sure he eats lunch, remembers his papers, doesn't forget to breathe........really important shite must be done and I need to be in touch with my little angel 100% of the time. He would never misuse his phone, those dick pics were planted.

I look at guns all the time at work when I'm bored. Not seeing an issue here.

I'm a teacher and little Billy's parents can kiss my arse. He's not using his phone to take photos for his friends of tests or getting on Snapchat during my lectures.
