Reading that article, I’d say there’s a great chance his grandparents are raising him so, “Where were the parents” should be your question.

We used to sit in a circle at recess and get high in JR High. This really is pretty tame to make it to a news story IMO.

Now this story reads like my old school.
We had one set of kids get busted trying to use the Powerade bottle machine to make vodka tonics for a school trip and we had a set of football managers (7th and 8th grade football players) go across the street to a classmate’s house and get plastered at halftime.
