Damn that was a slam! Crazy story. He backhanded some chick after she spit on him while he was leaving the ring in Lafayette. My sister worked for one of the lawyers. Kamala’s real name was James Harris and he was from Mississippi.

Will never forget 1985 when the 6'-4" 270lb "Captain Redneck" Dick Murdock got mutilated to HUMONGOUS ; who was making his "1st appearance" on Mid South. Big dude wore Hockey Mask!

Saw Mid South at the Monroe Civic Center several times as a kid. The Missing Link wrestled there one time and we were sitting right by the entrance aisle. He scared the shite out of me as a young kid and I tried to crawl under the metal fold out chairs to hide from him. Good times.
