I’ve lived in Nashville for 8 years and been all the way out to this mall twice.
It’s far away and in a crappy area.

Woah that video is crazy.
We’re together having a drink now (well, I am). Wife was only about 50 feet away, didn’t see anything but they heard gun shots very clearly through the glass wall and her friend who was closer smelled the smoke.
She said the store manager was incredibly well trained for active shooter. Locked it down and forcefully, but calmly, pushed everyone into the stock room and dead bolted it. She heard the shots and had them hidden in under 2 minutes.
Pretty badass.

Victim and shooter are both 22 year old black guys that were “previously known to police”. Victim died, shooter surrendered.

Glad your wife made it out alright. I would have lost my shite knowing mine was in there and I was outside.
