Back to the topic at hand…..these HS chicks have no idea what they are protesting. Unless they have had one, or know someone that has. But what can you expect from high schoolers? Do they think anything through?

The way I understand the quip is that it asserts that Newman is populated with students whose parents work hard to pay the high tuition, and Country Day is populated with students whose parents inherited a lot of money and don't need to work.

Obviously that's a stereotype or at most a generalization. Certainly there are exceptions. But my personal sense is that there's a kernel of truth to it, and I thought some people might find it a funny statement about the school being discussed.

And all of this has nothing to do with being Jewish, or Christian, or Heavan's Gate, or whatever.

They have principals for each school level and a head of school? Seems excessive for a small school.
