I’ve definitely seen better days. Dark early and cold weather doesn’t help.

Take some vitamin D...it will help out with those seasonal blues.

Yesterday i came home on my lunch break and sat outside in the sun for 20 min. I swear it helps. Get outside around noon on any day it’s sunny and warm enough.

In the last week, I've had the flu, my best friend's little sister died unexpectedly and my ex-sister-in-law lost her baby a month before the due date.

I’ve had my bad days over the last decade, including a suicide attempt and antidepressant use, but I can say I’m perhaps the happiest I’ve ever been as an actual adult.
Have a gf I genuinely love, a job I’m good at and care enough about to constantly build knowledge in my field and am standing relatively great with my family.
Have some dumb debt but that will work itself out over time.
Keep at it baws/bawettes. There is light at the end of almost every depression tunnel.

I don't have time to be down. I am too busy trying to keep everyone else cheered up. Find some folks that you can help.

I get like that sometimes. When I change things up it gets better, sleep, exercise, supplements, alcohol.

Find a new porn site and entertain yourself. Works for me.

Lay off the alcohol for a while and get more exercise. That's what everyone tells me to do and it never works.

You're definitely not alone. This time of year always messes with people. Hope you feel better.

Then you'd probably commit suicide if you lived in parts of Alaska where there's no sun for months at a time.

The gears in my head broke a long time ago. Been running in auxiliary for about 15 years.

St John’s wort for depression. Try it

Way better than I was doing earlier in the year.
I have some hope again. That and being on the right stuff (and off the wrong stuff) helps tremendously
