I was on the Men’s Health website and couldn’t help but notice that the vast majority of the articles were written by women. I found it odd that so many women were writing for a men’s magazine. So I looked up the staff. 27 women and 14 men.

So then I decided to look at Women’s Health magazine. Guess the number of females to males at Women’s Health...

39 females and 3 males.

Does anybody else think this sums up modern feminism? Feminists demand their own spaces without males, such as Women’s Health magazine, yet they also want to encroach on male spaces such as Men’s Health magazine or else the men’s magazine would be considered sexist. Have you noticed this trend? It’s probably the same for other men’s and women’s magazines as well.

You're looking too far into this.

Calm down it's only Saturday morning.

I don't. I was pretty uncivilized till I met my wife, she keeps me from getting fat.

Who would read a men’s magazine written by women?

Best not go do the research on White Men’s Health Magazine there Sherlock. Probably only one white gay man on their staff of 40. Wouldn’t want you to have a cardio on the weekend.

Never thought about it and I’ll probably forget about it as soon as I close this thread.

Far more stuff to get upset about

I know GQ is now a trash feminist rag so I’m not surprised

Right. I'm the queer. Not the guy counting the gender gap of a mens magazine, then bitching about it on a message board.

I think most writers are women. Since journalism is dead and creative writing is the new journalistic bent, women have taken over the profession.

That’s my point. It’s not something I read regularly. I was looking for some workout ideas and decided to check out some articles from Men’s Health and couldn’t help but notice it’s mostly women writing.

Men reading those magazines is the problem, not who is writing for them.

Not much of a problem then. Probably as many readers as CNN has viewers-not many.

Feminists can’t help but encroach, especially onto the airplane seat next to them
