I'm 40 years old. All of us are trying to stay healthy and get in better shape.
The guys my age that turn into gym rats are a different breed though. They are either recently divorced or they are doing this together with their wife.
Don't really care either way. Going the extra mile and getting into even better shape certainly won't hurt anything. Will probably keep you out of the doctor's office later in life too. So more power to you.
