I hate driving. Unfortunately, my wife is a horrible driver. If she could drive better, I would definitely make her drive.

My wife follows too closely, exceeds the speed limit by at least 15 even in heavy traffic, and I don't think she knows where the turn signal is.

I trust my mom's driving when I'm in the car with them. I am literally gripping onto the car for fear of my life when my dad drives sometimes

I "let" my wife drive as much as she wants to. We prolly split the driving 50/50. That being said I work nights. And when she wants to go somewhere during the day and wakes me up early frick yes she is driving. I don't give a frick what your stupid arse thinks.

My dad always drives when my parents go any where.. but he has bad knees.. I wish my mom would drive on the long trips.. She's also a far safer driver. But he still does it.. With serious leg pains..

For me, it isn't a power thing but a husband thing. What I mean by that is similar to me and my wife walking down a roadside and I make sure I am on the outside facing the road, the side that has the greatest risk. It has nothing to do with her ability to drive, I see it as more of my responsibility to do so.
