Never considered it. It's a mixture of fear of pain and looking gay. I guess if you are gay, you are use to pain from puncturing a hole.

Yes. My left when I was in a thrash metal cover band...back in 1987.
ETA: we all did it as a band-thing, on my folks back acreage in PC Parish...we were 9th graders.

When I was younger I wanted to, but my dad shut that down real quick.
Thankfully for me, he was there to shut down most of my dumbass ideas at the time.
All that being said, I have no problem if a man wants to pierce his ear, but I hate seeing young boys with ears pierced.
