Not really seeing the ad hom there

Probably because you don't know what one is.

Telling someone "if you really believe that, well..." has heavy implications of "you're stupid to believe that."

That's an ad hominem - attacking the person not the argument.

You're welcome for the lesson today.

Compared to many places I have lived. I swear I come from a land of cops. They are in regular but very nice, marked cop cars, but mostly in Dodge Challengers, muscle cars, Mustangs. Sheriffs, Detectives, everywhere.

That’s because a Charger is about $23,000 on government contracts. They’re stupid cheap compared to other vehicles.

It's absolutely unf*cking believable that 5 grow men couldn't forcefully handcuff a 145 lbs. young man without having to beat him to near death.

ou went from a non-sequitur to an ad hominem.

You really have nothing, huh? Just arguing to argue?

Haha...ok buddy, there were over 12 million arrests in America in the last two years and 2321 people were killed during police interactions (justly or unjustly) in the last two years. Seems like if all cops were thugs like you actually seem to believe (bless your heart), then there would be a ton more deaths from 12+ million police interactions and many more beatings, etc., captured on cell phones and body cams that would be played on TV over and over each day. You glossed over his actual argument just to get to that. I'm very familiar with ad homs, but thanks for the totally necessary explanation.

Did they participate or is investigation into not intervening?

His argument was addressed and it was a non-sequitur. Did you miss that or are you blindly wailing trying to connect like you're 40 years younger at a pinata party?

It wasn’t as graphic as I thought it would be. It was bad though. Murder 2 seems like the proper charge.

Protests are mostly members of the press hoping to capture video that will generate clicks.

MPD and Shelby County did a good job getting out in front of this.

In fairness to their cuffing skills the real beating came after he was cuffed.

You're pigeonholing thuggish behavior to killing people. Non-sequitur. Cops rape, rob, plant drugs, write unnecessary tickets, and lie on reports about it all the time. Literally every day. Cops are thugs.
