Damn, so someone has been using this site to drive traffic to busted coverage. frick busted coverage, I guess sites like Barstool has made them irrelevant.

That is sad. Seeing his picture makes me wish someone would take a fricking bat and swing and hit him in the dead center of his head.
The dude obviously had normal separation anxiety from a breakup he didn't want and it progressively grew out of control in his mind. It went from anxiety, to stalking to violence and finally death. Most normal people control the anxiety and say frick it but some people get consumed and get out of control.

She did a pretty good job.

Yeah and the restraining order probably set him off. At that point he was not able to control the situation.
Its sad, because it sounded like she was trying to start a new life.. Its also unfortunate the people she was with wasn't aware of the situation otherwise they would have likely tried to do something..
I just can't even imagine the mindset of "if you will not be with me you will not be with anyone".

You wanna know how I know that you didn't grow up in an Islamic community?

Many who knew her think that she knew that if she tried to resist, or someone tried to help her, he would have killed them all. So she went quietly.

I posted this in the other thread...

Interesting story. She was on House Hunters 3 years ago buying a house with her first husband. They divorced. She got married again this year. She got shot in the arm by the 2nd husband a month after the wedding. I guess that led to her 2nd divorce. Got a restraining order and he eventually killed her.
It's terrible that she was killed, but appears she had a little crazy in her too.

Is this a justification?

Nope. Never. Crazy people continue to put themselves in bad situations though.

As an outsider I don't recall many LSU fan death stories, but Bama.......

I mentioned on here a few times over the past week or so that I have been listening to the Real Life, Real Crime podcast and there was an episode that involved a husband whose wife filed for divorce because he was abusive. She got a restraining order on him.. And after that he went to her job and killed her.
quote:
Well, it wasn't two weeks after she got married that
Wanda started gettin' abused
She'd put on dark glasses or long sleeved blouses
Or make-up to cover a bruise
Well she finally got the nerve to file for divorce
And she let the law take it from there
But Earl walked right through that restraining order
And put her in intensive care

To Megan Montgomery, from Mountain Brook, I’m sorry. I, along with several other friends were with her that night. After an Iron Bowl party, we went to a local hangout where we always have fun and there’s never any harm. None of us knew her well, or well enough to know her back story and that is the only thing that is making it possible to cope with the story that I’m about to tell.
6 of us, including her were at a table when the man walked up. He placed a hand on the back of her neck and one on her shoulder, and told her to walk outside. We all looked at him, asked who he was and he said “that’s my wife she’s going with me.” Megan said yes and agreed, but the look in her eyes is one I will never forget. She was terrified, but my assumption was she has just been caught doing something behind her husbands back, not that she was scared for her life. Honestly who is gonna question a man saying it’s his wife, once she agreed? I didn’t know she had a restraining order, or was going through a divorce, none of it. I watched her walk away, terrified, and knew nothing. None of us did, but we were the last group of people to see her alive. I don’t blame myself, but I am sitting here wondering what I could have done different, if anything? Or why didn’t she tell us, or stand up to him knowing there was so many of us to take care of her? Was she protecting us knowing he had made threats of mass violence before? He had the gun on him, maybe she saved our lives had we tried to stop him from taking her away from our friend group. I’ll never know, nobody will, but that question will never go away. I knew her for not even 12 hours but every article I’ve read about how nice, selfless, and genuine she is is accurate.
That night is the biggest eye opening experience I have experience to date. You TRULY have no idea what someone is going through and dealing with. She carried it so well, and hid it to the people who didn’t know her. I didn’t know her but for that short time, but in that time she taught me the biggest lesson of my life. Pay attention, it took less than 1 minute for a man nobody knew but her to convince her to walk away and never be seen again. My heart hurts, for everyone involved. Pay attention everyone, please. I now know I will.

Him going places and getting her seems to have happened often.
I do wonder how he seemed to know where she was. She was posting where she was to a public social media. She still allowed this guy to be a follower on Instagram while filling a restraining order which does kind of seem like she at times played games with him. Even if she wanted him to know where she was and what she was doing it or if it could maybe be a game to her at times it doesn’t justify being murdered but may play into some not taking his crap as serious as needed. Part written over in pics above seem to imply taking her clothes off which she didn’t contradict. Going through a divorce I thought you are advised to limit contacts with each other especially one involving domestic violence. She kept him as a follow on Instagram and probably social media and then keeps texting back and forth. He is still a murdering thug, but reading more I at least can see a little why some close to her may not have pressured police more about him about his stalking.
