I was in CostCo Sunday and I past by this lady who had the puffy lips and the skin on her face looked too tight and my first thought was "she would look much better if she didn't have all that work done". That's what I don't understand about all of these ladies who get work down. They could probably get minimum work. I don't know how it all works, but a little bit can go along way. If you have to get the lips done, just do a small amount.
If the lips are just a little bit bigger it will still be noticeable, but people like the "I just stuck my head in a bee hive" look.
It looks like Meg Ryan did something with her skin on her face to avoid wrinkles, but it looks really tight on her face. I am sure these doctors are telling them "you need to get more" "you look wonderful now"..

Sally Field has been very outspoken about not having plastic surgery. She turns 80 this year. And, while she shows her age, I think she’s still a very cute woman. I can’t imagine what she would look like had she butchered her face with plastic surgery. Kudos to her.

Yup. She’s still beautiful and clearly recognizable.
Most of it is genes and then good habits. There are some not as invasive options, but once you start chasing a youthful look by filling and stretching things out, you change the entire look of your face and become unrecognizable and odd looking.
