I didn't like Piana at first but after following him on Youtube he's actually a pretty cool dude and his videos are entertaining. My only complaint about his videos is he curses way too much.
Most in the bodybuilding industry hate him because he is exposing it for what it is. He calls out everyone that's on juice or was in the past.

lol if you think Rich looks the way he does because of steroids. Look up sythonol. Steroids create real muscle. Sythonol is oil that i believe is like long chained or real thick or something similar and it stretches the fascia of the muscle but it looks unnatural.

It goes inside his body and fills up areas under the skin. it doesn't stick to the skin.
