the THC levels of chemically grown weed is way way higher then regular weed that is grown in dirt and no two chemically grown weed growers use the exact same "recipe" for what goes into their mix, so obviously the weeds taste, smoothness, and THC potency is not uniform

yes but without the hangover or headache after the high is gone with alcohol
and a big difference between the two is, weed high only lasts a short time and a sudden shock such as falling down or getting scared by someone or getting in an accident can take your buzz away. if you get pulled over by a cop, by the time you pull over your buzz is mostly gone as adrenaline flows as you are panicking, but the smell and visual effects such as dilated eye pupils are still there to show you were under the influence.
the reason for that is adrenaline cancels out the affects of the THC on your brain and sobers you up. eating food also reduces and sometimes takes most of the high away.
the simple way to put it is weeds effects are shorter lived and easy to overcome unlike alcohol where you stay drunk no matter what happens to you
the concentrated THC in chemically grown weed has stronger affect on you and a stronger high which is more resistant to losing your buzz then with regular weed.

Solid post. I'm in a strict state and have had my card for a few months. For those who knock it, have only had a few drinks (literally like maybe 1/mo) and feel much better than taking pills.
There's so much information out there about it and even me, an everyday smoker (at night, or when not driving) that I don't even know. I learn new things and trying to get the full benefits of it. FWIW I was on Oxycodone & Oxycontin 3* a day with a slew of other meds.
Pretty good sex life (pretty much everyday & been married 10 yrs) and way more involved with family. Just because it's the devil's lettuce, doesn't mean a bad thing isn't good for the right people.

I'm smoking right now and feel pretty relaxed. Done for the day, wife is getting my son from school. When they get back will help her with tacos. Clean up, smoke a bowl and watch a show with wife.
