I legitimately thought he wanted advice/help.

You guys have been trolled from the beginning. None of this really happened.

Yeah. Seems like a troll now. No one is that stupid and gullible.

I do. I’m just not naming the shop.

Two separate things.
But if you trust them and believe they are honest, wouldn’t you want others to know who they are and recommend them?

This thread is getting as old as the Kiffin saga. I'm ready for truck to be fixed or be totaled non-serious wreck.

Yes but with all the back and forth I don’t want them taking shite because of my issue.

And yet, you were in full bore. Shocker considering how smart you are.

Oh yeah he got me. But he got stupider and stupider with the story. He slowly dragged me in. But yea, he did get me. Good job clown of NO

Thanks, brother.
Wasn’t trying to troll. My truck really is having these issues.

But you didn’t want to fix the issues yourself or save money I guess?

Absolutely not. Don’t trust myself.

Any question on a F-150 can be asked and probably answered here...

I had two f150s over a span of 22 years and found my answers here many times

Spinning your wheels getmore. He doesn’t want help, he is just ‘curious’.

Never did I say that. I’ve taken your advice more than anyone else in this thread. I’m just not naming the shop.

That’s fine, I was just curious on that.
I do, however, highly recommend you take it somewhere else. If nothing more than for a second opinion. Especially if you are only relaying the advice we’ve given to your shop.
Other than that, they should be suggesting to you that the OBD scan needs to be run. If I took a vehicle in and they didn’t mention that, it would raise a red flag to me. Just my opinion.
Eta-i do hope you get it resolved

I had a 2013 F150 once have a giant wrench start flashing after a "unscheduled check down to first gear" at 50 mph. Upon review, the warning..means catastrophic failure is imminent.
