Anybody notice this?

Burger King at-the-window prices are always higher than the menu prices. Order a small #1 combo with a coke for like $6.79 on the menu, and it becomes $7.29 when you get to the window.
I have heard rumblings on some fast food forums about a possible class action lawsuit

I noticed this. When I ordered a Dutch apple pie one time it was like $.30 more expensive when I got to the window.

I like how just about every fast food restaurant says, "do you want a medium or a large" like medium and large are your only options.

If you ordered and they automatically gave you a small or an extra large, then you should complain. It seems medium is a reasonable assumption to make at the very least. Doesn't seam sneaky.

They list a product and a price. When you order that product there should be no question about the price they list next to it.

I hope you are kidding about posting on fast food forums

If the price listed for the combo says $4.29, I expect to pay $4.29 plus whatever applicable tax. What I DON'T expect to pay is an additional .20 upcharge for something I didn't ask for. THAT is my beef.

Probably just the posters waddling up to their computers.

I wouldn't doubt if there are some out there

I think it's the fact that they advertise a combo at $3.99, etc., but when you order that combo, as advertised, they automatically upgrade it and add an additional 5% to the total cost that they OP is referencing.
