I'm all for the curfew. They can't just say "for the flooded areas." How would that be enforceable?

It would be just like a parish-wide curfew, but it would only be enforced in areas that are/were flooded, without power, etc.

Agreed. Curfew was probably a direct response to looting. I heard the cops were headed to do something else when they came upon those fricknuts looting and had to top and take'em down.

That's pretty shitty if Sid went over Kip's head straight to JBE for the curfew.
