Task forces are usually organized to reach difficult goals. A good example are Organized Crime Task Forces that have been put together because the normal level of effort from law enforcement wasn’t adequate, or law enforcement had been compromised.
In New Orleans, LGBTQRSTUV people have had the red carpet treatment for a long, long time. I’m curious about the difficult goal of this task force. Maybe how to hide an adam’s apple.

That's 1000% by design. If you notice the "mission" of these task forces, councils, committees, action teams, boards, strike teams, etc, it's never anything concrete. They're supposed to "listen to the community" or "hold outreach meetings" or "guide policy". It's purposely left to be ambiguous because they don't want to be held accountable for not reaching goals and they sound like they're actually doing something to justify the funding. The last thing these dipshits want to do is actually set goals because they know damn well they have no intentions of meeting them. Hell, SWB thinks that creating committees are actually goals in and of themselves despite the fact that she has no expectations from them. Dem catered meetings, doe.
