Whoops, my bad.

Seems he was already popular, and not even a brother yet.

Bartenders & servers can be held liable if someone leaves a bar/restaurant and kills someone drunk driving. Right or wrong, it is the law. Now, if the drunk driver dies in a one car accident, does anyone know if the server can still be held accountable? I am guessing so. Seems similar to me. But maybe because that is their job and they go to classes and are told they should cut people off if they are too intoxicated. I believe there was a case of this in BR when a guy mowed down a bicyclist at night.

Right, Naquin was under age and intoxicated himself. How is he the one they pin it all on?

I wasn't at the scene or the trial, I don't know his behavior that day. Everyone is crying "scapegoat" and in a fraternity case, that seems likely, unless there are others, with lesser charges. I really don't know.

Personal responsibility takes an enormous L today. Ridiculous.
