My wife is a massage therapist. She will never work for massage envy because they basically pay their therapists minimum wage.

Did she say what was creepy? Was he breathing heavy or making noises? That would definitely qualify. Otherwise, I feel like creepy is a little overused these days. Especially when the scenario is that you are paying some dude to rub on you.

Regardless of what happened, there’s an easy fix to this. If you’re a male masseuse, simply refuse to take on female clients. And vice versa

No - it will put the model of giving a massage in a private room with no witnesses out of business.
Marathon and triathlon finishing spots routinely have sports massages available. But everything is openly visible to the public.
