That's a good question.
How did we randomly get a guy who works for the LVMPD in here. He would have been talking in this thread way earlier if he had been around before today. Even if he has been a lurker the whole time, I highly doubt he would have waited till now to say something.
Also, I'll say it again, the FBI is handling all forensic evidence on this case.

No, but he was stating rules regarding how LVMPD handles evidence. Rules that do not apply to the FBI.
A good example of this happened at Monday's presser. Sherrif Lombardo was asked how many cell phones Paddock had, but didn't know the answer. Lombardo then asked an FBI agent if the FBI had the answer, the agent replied by saying "I don't believe its prudent we give out that information". Lombardo turned back the press member who asked the question and said, "I don't know how many cell phones Paddock had".
His post is irrelevant to the procedures on this case, because it's not their case to run. They are the ones being ran.
And I'm not one the nutters like OweO and SwampBandit(sorry bro).
