I was able to see the signed deed yesterday. Now it is unavailable on the assessor's website. Hmmmmmm.....
ETA - I saved a copy of it.

So what is the theory on why and who he wired a $100K to the Philippines last week?
Probably to his GF. As an accountant, I’m sure he knew the loopholes and benefits of wiring her money to the Philippines as opposed to willing it to her. Maybe he didn’t want to change his will for fear of drawing attention to himself? Idk. Add this to the list of oddities.

Is Philippines her home country?

Certainly possible he wanted to give it to the girlfriend. I could be incorrect but, I'm not sure that she is a citizen of the Philippines and I am pretty sure that a non-citizen of the Philippines cannot have a bank account in the country unless the bank account belongs to a business.

I missed these pictures, link?

LOL
Might as well add that angle to the discussion too.

Is it possible that he knocked this woman up and has a love child stashed in the Philippines? Maybe other family of the GF?

When these things happen we all ask, "goddamnit why didn't the perp just off himself instead of killing others?"
In this case it's even more baffling.
Seemingly normal guy, loading the frick up with weapons at his house, wiring his Filipino chick money, and she never had a clue something was up?
I'm gonna be pretty upset if they can't figure out why he did this. And yes, I know it's early.

Settle down. Nothing he said warranted that response.

I think this may end up something like the Boston marathon bomber’s wife situation where they can’t prove she had knowledge of what was going on. Or hell maybe this woman was estranged and really was clueless. Hard to know with the little bit of detail we’ve been given.

If what golfer said is true about him being an accountant for a defense company, it wouldn’t shock me to find out he had some sketchy shite going on like using aliases, foreign stashed assets, maybe even a government tie of some sort.
The silence on this seems like something that comes from CIA/NSA, etc. Even the FBI has leaks.
The more and more nothing comes, and now the wire transfer to the Philipinnes, I am thinking this slobby rich non-social fricker may have been brainwashed by the lady.

Just had a friend at MGM check and Paddock made his reservation on Sep 9th. So less than 3 weeks before he checked in. You'd think if he had a specific target like the festival and had planned it out this extensively he would've booked the room months ago.

So he was using bump stocks like I said yesterday

She knew this was coming and he got her away with money.
Now, the question is if she just knew, or was in on it.
