The rate of mass shooting perpetrators is disproportionately higher amongst the transgender community. You cannot solve a problem if society is scared to talk about the problem

It is far from the only delusion we affirm. The APA defines delusional disorder as:

"any one of a group of psychotic disorders with the essential feature of one or more nonbizarre delusions that persist for at least 1 month but are not due to schizophrenia. The delusions are nonbizarre in that they feature situations that could conceivably occur in real life. Diagnosis also requires that the effects of substances or a medical condition be ruled out as causes of the delusions. Criteria for delusional disorder in DSM–5 and DSM-5-TR also include the following: The delusions may be either nonbizarre or[b] bizarre (i.e., implausible)[/b], and their potential presence as a result of an ingested substance, a medical condition, or another mental disorder sometimes associated with firmly held delusional beliefs must be ruled out".

According to most polls 70% of American adults believe in angels. One would presume some respondents would lie, to be fair probably better than half only actually believe in angels, they simply wish to or claim to do so to prevent the pollster judging them. That leaves about 70 or 80 million adults who suffer from a delusional disorder, a mental illness, by any measure using the definition above. Those among us thusly afflicted are not vilified or ostracized, they are indeed celebrated and affirmed in their mental illness.

This is one of a multitude of such delusions we affirm....some white folks seriously think their race is superior or that another race is inferior....they were on display in this very thread before it came out that the shooter was trans in full force. We affirm these people's delusion by not vilifying them and ostracizing them...the list is exhaustive of delusions we affirm. Many people seriously think that homosexuals choose to be homosexual, which begs the question when they, someone who thinks this way, choose not to be homosexual (the thought never crosses most people's minds). We do not vilify these delusional people, we affirm their delusions. The actual question should be why we affirm so many delusions while singling out gender dysmorphia as one we vilify?

The concept of diabetes is not a social construct....gender is. There are scientific tests which can be ran which are largely accepted to determine if one is indeed diabetic. No such test exists for what a person identifies themselves as. A test exists which can determine biological sex, no such exists that can determine gender or race for that matter. I know that most people are ignorant of this well-established fact and that is a large part of the issue, ignorance.

I don’t know but the other Minnesota school shooters parents were charged and convicted. Maybe accessories, I don’t remember.
