I try not to wear mine because it just bugs the shite outta me and I can’t get used to it. But everytime me and my wife get in a fight, she throws that shite in my face. So I’ve been wearing it for the past 2 weeks.

I don't wear mine at all. Most of the plants I go in have a "no jewelry" policy and I abide by their rules. I've been married for 30 years and haven't worn it for 29 of those, I wore it for the first year or so.

Never have worn mine but I dont wear any jewelry such as rings, watches or chains. It’s all uncomfortable to me. Nothing more to it than that.

I made a deal. Oral sex keeps the ring on.
Haven't worn that thing in 7 years.

Not married but I don't like wearing rings and plan to find an alternative.
OSHA safety videos are fricking scary, man.

I haven't worn mine since the day I was married. I have an issue wearing anything on my fingers. I get bad anxiety if I wear it. Nothing to do with my wife or commitment, I've had this issue my entire life. I think it's either a control issue or claustrophobia issue.

Wore it for 23 years. Left a permanent mark on me that hasn't gone away after a year without it
Just took mine off and will sleep without it to see if this indent goes away ..

Can't wear them at my job. Company rule for machine operators. I wear mine when wife and I go out.

Only time I take off my ring, it is to put product in my hair, and the older I get, the less that happens.

I don’t wear it when I’m fishing. I would hate for it to drop in the water. I don’t wear it at the gym because I’m afraid I will ding it up with bars and dumbbells. Well, thinking about it I only wear it to work, church, and when we go out. I take it off as soon as I get home from work every day.

Nope.... Dont like anything on my hands. My wife doesn't wear hers all the time either. It's not like a ring stops anybody from cheating.

It’s like dudes are bragging about being married when they wear a ring

I feel naked without mine.
After the first few decades you feel lost without it.

I don’t wear one- i don’t like the way it reminds me that I’m married.

I wore mine for 39 years. Probably for the last 30 years I could not remove it as it would not fit over my knuckle. After my wife passed away I thought that I would continue to wear it until I got pissed about something, which eventually happened as part of the grief process.
I had three male nurses try to remove it with no success, having broken two pairs of snips trying to remove it. An ambulance worker said I have something to remove it and returned with pliers. All four of them took turns trying to get it off.
Finally, the ambulance worker said doc put this towel in your mouth and if you feel like I am breaking your finger, then stop me. It was the most painful experience of my life, both physically and emotionally. He finally got it off in four pieces that went flying in different directions. It has been eight months and I still have the ring imprint on my finger.
I wish that my wife was still alive and I would still have the ring on my finger.
