There is no way I would ever, EVER run from a police vehicle. There's never going to be a positive result from that.

Even if you thought staying would result in your death- and that you have legal standing to do so?

The cop tells you he's gonna shoot you in the face...some people will sit right there and let him. Sigh. People need to understand that police are just people. They can be just as shitty as the guy breaking into your house or the dude doing the drive by shooting. That is the truth.

Just based on percentages of the population, you'd be a fool to believe that there aren't psychopaths and sociopaths serving as police officers.

I would definitely feel like pulling over immediately on that well lit street where they're were witnesses nearby would be the safest bet. Especially knowing the popo had issues with me. Obviously running wasn't the correct answer.

How do you know he ran?

For all we really know, he just pulled over onto a dead end road after he saw the lights ghts coming. You could easily say obviously staying wasn't the correct answer either. He was screwed either way.

I have zero reason to believe anything that the marshals have said given their lies so far. It's pretty clear they are just throwing out shite hoping it sticks, and when it doesn't, they just stop talking.

No. There's nothing anywhere that beings us to that conclusion. That's purely your speculation.

The reports have definitely been very different from the evidence.

Either the news outlet lied or the officers lied.

We've got an eyewitness here obviously.

This part specifically. Has nothing to do with this discussion. You're just looking for a way to run that mouth.

Is it?

How do you know he ran? The Marshal's word?

At this point I'm more inclined to believe the father's testimony than that of the officers.

No you dumb frick. But there's been zero evidence that he didn't run. Therefore we have no way of saying that pulling over would have yielded the same result.

Where is the evidence that he did run, frickstick?

The girlfriend said that as he drove away he was pointing at his son. That tells me he didn't pull over to comply. I'm in no way saying he should have been shot. Simply that fleeing was a poor choice and his son paid the ultimate price.

Honestly, you sound like an officer that demands respect. I mean that as a compliment I guess depending on how you want to take it.

Have you considered that MAYBE he was looking for a place where there were witnesses nearby? Just saying, Officer.

And there's zero evidence he did run other than if you believe what the lying marshals say.

From what you are saying his running is really the speculation here. Why do you believe marshals who have repeatedly lied over and over to cover their backside?

Somebody posted an eyewitness account that he fled. I'm assuming everything we know is based on eyewitnesses. So do we believe some parts or all. I guess you choose not to believe the one of the eyewitness saying he took off
