so they're going to show that cops aren't arresting people for murder and armed robbery in U Club?

We're about to find out that they are arresting more pimps, drug dealers, robbers, rapists and murderers in the Bottoms, Belfair and other inner city areas than Tara, Broadmoor and Bocage.

Good. CCL has been getting ignored lately and it's become a war zone.

This will be comical.

Finding out that the highest crime areas in the city result in higher arrest rate will be racist because they also happen to be in primarily black neighborhoods

I'll save you all the trouble.

Findings: BRPD is racist and needs to stop arresting so many blacks.

I'm no pig, but if I were, I wouldn't be willingly patrolling those areas. Would they be arresting these folks because they were advised, tipped-off or called by a concerned citizen to the illegal activities that take place in these areas?

Are they arresting criminals for legitimate reasons, or are they planting evidence just to find an excuse to arrest them?

You are allowed 3 minutes to speak. Please state your name, address, and where you took your children to trick or treat last year.

They will announce that tomorrow.
It was probably a right wing think tank.
