While Scott previously told USA Today that only Plummer was paid for the additional filming, USA Today reported that Wahlberg’s team negotiated a deal for the actor to receive $1.5 million for his reshoots.

Williams wasn’t told about the deal, and as a result only received an $80 per diem totaling less than $1,000, according to USA Today.

Williams and Wahlberg are represented by the same agency, which did not respond to USA Today's requests for comment.

sounds like she has an issue with her agency.

Thanks it is my pleasure to speak out on behalf of all women who have been egregiously harmed in a similar manner such as Michelle Williams.

This situation happens every day in our society. In this case the facts are as follows: Michelle Williams wasn't working at the time but Mark Wahlberg was producing a movie he was self-financing and it was going to cost him 1.5 million to leave that set to make up for the losses that would hit him for abandoning his other movie. This is a disruption that is leading to a major gender pay gap in America and it must stop! Wahlberg should have done the shoot for free and forgone his own 1.5 million on his set so Gender Equity could have been freed from this inequality.

Michelle Williams should have had another role going on at the time but the male chauvinists at the William Morris agency didn't have a job for her which created this entire Gender Equity situation in the first place.

We must therefore blame Mark Wahlberg for the audacity to recoup money from his lost time to pay his contractual obligations in another movie. This is the root of all Gender Equality problems in America and it must be rooted out.

Well I know who Mark Wahlberg is, and have no idea who Michelle Williams is, so yeah... makes sense he makes more.

Women aren't homeless because men and the government pay for you to sit on your arse.

Women don't commit as much suicide because they don't have to work as much as men and deal with the stress of being an absolute failure to himself and family.

Women don't get hurt on the job because most would refuse to do any sort of work that men do that is dangerous.

There are generations of families where not a single woman from that family worked a day in her life. That's by choice. Because someone else is taking care of them. Most likely a Man.

Shitty situation overall, and I don't blame her for being upset. But this isn't on Marky Mark. This is a problem with her agent.

Here is proof to refute that statement.

How exactly is that his fault? If my boss offers me a raise, I'm not going to check with all of my co-workers to make sure they make as much as me. I'm taking the money for my family. Also, he is a bigger name.

I think the big issue is that they're represented by the same agency so it was known/negotiated how much Wahlberg would get and didn't do the same for Williams. If I were her, I'd be getting a new agent.

This is a perfect example of why you shouldn't expect actors to be good leaders. Just imagine what kind of deal she would have made with North Korea or Iran.

She's not making deals, her agents are.
