Marijuana workers are the happiest at their jobs than other industries

Marijuana Moment
I've never seen an unhappy person working at a marijuana dispensary. Nobody seems particularly wealthy, but they all seem chill.

The annual Shift Pulse Report from the workforce management platform Deputy gauged how hourly workers felt about their jobs in 10 common industries—from cannabis to cleaning services to firearms.

Hourly workers in the marijuana industry rank at the top of the list of “happiest” employees across multiple sectors—with more than 9 in 10 reporting a “positive sentiment” in their job

I'm dealing with the city manager of town in CA who was an accountant for a cannabis company. Dumb as a box of rocks. As Sen Kennedy would call down to bone marrow dumb. The area has been having weed harvest festivals for decades. They are all dumb AF. They don't want a tree waste wood fired power plant because the smoke smells like wood for a BBQ. They don't want anyone to buy it or move it except for scrap.

Never really thought about but customer service is always very good at dispensaries, if not a bit annoying sometimes.
But for low wage/retail/customer service employees, they are overwhelmingly happy and know what they’re talking about. It’s kind of like what a lot of Home Depot employees used to be.

Thats why Dan Patrick wants to ban it so bad. He hates people being happy.

What town in CA is going to install a tree waste burning power plant that produces smoke?

Least shocking thing I'll read all day.

Already installed in the 1980's in Blue Lake. Refurbished less than a decade ago. Investor got screwed by the town. For fuel, it used tree tops, limbs and bark from nearby logging in a national forest. Now they are just left to rot and maybe burn in the forest.
FWIW, there were at least 1000 applicants for Southern's weed farm.

They all seem like half-assed failures at life.

Yeah, doesn’t surprise me. We are trying to use something to fight the spread of an incoming disease and one of the only ways to dispose of the carcasses is incineration and even with a declared state of emergency we are having trouble getting a green light do do any kind of burning

If I had a Linkedin retirement role, it would be Pool Boy/THC Provider. On my third grow here in a state that allows for this. Made 23 ounces from 3 plants (Green Crack) on my 2nd one. Now I'm scaling up.
Family and friends are happy. My buddy who has had numerous back/neck/shoulder surgeries thinks I'm sent from heaven. I have some great lettuce, tomatoes, and peppers growing, but raising cannibas gives me the most joy.
I'd provide some pot porn, but don't know if it's allowed given ya'll are in the Deep South / Texas.

Probably mostly work for smaller companies with more accessible/down to earth bosses.

I am in New Jersey and I just went to the recreational dispensary and got some flower for me and my friend.
