It looks like they're fighting with someone from the crowd. Some dude probably antagonized them. Or it was someone local whom they know and it was just time to settle the score.

The video gave me a headache but I’m gonna bet they marched up on some baws who already had some beef with someone in the band. The guys holding their arms out acting like they’re security had me cracking up.

there was a guy walking with this same band last weekend and he was grabbing woman and children by their arms and necks if they tried to cross the street by walking through the band...

I don't agree with the grabbing of people but it's disrespectful to cross between a band or marching group. It was probably some drunk a-hole who got offended that they didn't allow him to cross.
